Robert P. Zanni, age 70, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2026. Born on February 27, 1956, in Providence, Robert was the beloved son of the late Gaetano and Gloria (Altomari) Zanni. He is survived by his loving wife, Kristina Zanni. 

Robert had a passion for antique cars, attending drag races, and his treasured 1959 Corvette. 

Robert leaves his son, Evan Zanni. He was the brother of Diane Lovell and the late Guy Zanni. He also leaves his nephew and nieces: Daniel Ricci, Nicole Ricci, Sari Dempsey, Lauren Hertz, and Amy Pucci. He also leaves his sister-in-law, Elaine Hertz. 

Visitation will take place Friday, May 29, from 4pm until 7pm in the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston. His funeral will begin at 9am Saturday, May 30, from the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Holy Ghost Church, Providence. Burial will take place at a later date.
