Robert Caruso Petrucci, Sr.

Robert C. Petrucci, Sr., 82, of Cranston, passed away peacefully at the Briarcliffe Preserve on Saturday, June 28, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

He was the son of the late Rocco and Filomena (Mattera) Petrucci. Bobby is survived by his beloved children: Robert C. (Wendy) Petrucci Jr., Christopher J. (Kristen) Petrucci, and Gina M. Petrucci. He was a cherished brother to Linda and Kenneth Petrucci. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Alexandra, Jordan, and Jake Petrucci.

He is also lovingly remembered by his former wife, Barbara Petrucci, as well as many extended family members, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Bobby worked as a cement mason and foreman for more than 30 years with Gilbane, Cardi, and Turgeon construction companies. In retirement, he continued to share his craftsmanship on countless projects for friends and family—always ready to lend a helping hand.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his kindness, humor, and generosity.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, July 3, at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will be private. Visitation is respectfully omitted.
