Robert Dino Marsocci

Robert D. Marsocci, 93, of Los Angeles, CA, formerly of Warwick, RI, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 13, 2025.  He was the loving husband of the late Rose V. (Melillo) Marsocci.

Born Dec. 18, 1931, in Providence, he was a son of Italian immigrants, the late Oreste “Horace” Marsocci Sr. and Marietta (Sabatini) Marsocci.

Robert is survived by his four sons and daughters-in-law, Dino Marsocci (Helen), Robert “Bobby” Marsocci (Lissette), Christopher Marsocci (Victoria), and Kenneth Marsocci (Myra); eight grandchildren, Michael, Elena, Hoang, Cristina, Katherine, Miranda, Shanti and Marly, and his great granddaughter Diana.

Robert was the brother of the late Francesco "Frank" Marsocci, Horace Marsocci, Jr., Armondo Marsocci, Nina Colanari, Lucy Mauro, Sarah Ferrazza, Emma Krekorian and Irene Fanning.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Saturday, March 8, from 11am until 12noon in the "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, with a funeral service to begin at 12noon. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Association are greatly appreciated.
