Obituary
Robert S. Kibarian, 64, of Smithfield, RI, passed away unexpectedly March 30, 2023, at home. Born in Providence, he was the beloved son of the late John and Anna (Surabian) Kibarian.
He is leaving his sisters, Sally Garabedian, Arlene Kibarian Hatch, Kimi Kibarian Fowler, and three beloved brothers in law, Charlie “Harpo” Garabedian, Kenneth Hatch, and James Fowler CAPT USN (ret). He is also survived by his only nephew Charles Garabedian.
Robert owned and operated a very successful global online jewelry components company and has customers in every country since 1995. Robert was a gifted pianist and enjoyed watching sports. He was a very spiritual person, he was a kind and generous soul to all, rich or poor. His beloved family is saddened by his untimely death.
His visitation will be held Monday, April 10th, 4 – 7 PM at “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service Tuesday at 11:00 AM. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, 402 Broadway, Providence, RI 02909. Burial will follow in North Burial Ground, Providence.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Addiction Recovery Institute, 31 North Union Street Pawtucket, RI 02860.
