Rita A. Quattrucci

Rita A. Quattrucci, 82, of Cranston, passed away, June 7, 2024, at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved daughter of the late Alfred and Carmela (Perrone) Quattrucci Sr.

Rita was a retired School Teacher for 35 years for the East Providence School Department. She was a graduate of East Providence High School and then a graduate of Rhode Island College where she received her Bachelor of Education degree and she received her Master’s Degree from the University of Connecticut. Rita was a member of EBRTA, RIRTA and NEARI retired. Rita was a communicant of St. Mark’s Church where she volunteered in several different capacities.

She is survived by her nieces, Anne Marie Quattrucci and Erica Napoleoni and her nephews, William Quattrucci Jr. and Brian Quattrucci, and her sister-in-law, Marie D. Quattrucci. She was the sister of the late Alfred Quattrucci Jr. and William A. Quattrucci, Sr.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 15, from 8am until 9am. in the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mark’s Church, Cranston. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are greatly appreciated to St. Mark’s Church.
