Nicoletta (Papadoulias) Panos, 94, of Washington Ave., Providence, passed away peacefully at home Saturday afternoon, May 21, 2022.
Born Aug. 5, 1927, in Newport, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Angeliki (Rizos) Papadoulias.
She leaves her four children, Maria Dygon and her husband Kenneth of Rehoboth, Stephen F. Panos and his wife Cheryl of Warwick, Ernest F. Panos and his wife Carolyn of Cranston, and John F. Panos of Providence; her four grandchildren, Joshua, Jennifer, Stephen and Matthew; and seven great-grandchildren, Camdyn, Kaysen, Matthew Jr., Austyn, Mason, Max and Dylan.
She was the sister of the late Rev. Stephen Papadoulias and of the late Marguerite Violet.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Wednesday, May 25 at 10:00 AM at the Church of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 175 Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston. Burial will follow at Swan Point Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday morning from 8am until 9am at "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston.
The Panos family respectfully requests that face masks be worn for the visitation and funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Endowment Fund of the Church of the Annunciation, 175 Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston RI 02920.
