Marie Tiscione Obituary

Marie Carol Tiscione, of Larkspur Rd., Warwick, formerly of Woodview Dr., Cranston, passed away at home surrounded by family, Sunday, July 31, 2022. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Carmine and Edith (Ranaldi) Tiscione.

 

Marie was an executive secretary for more than 35 years with the former Fleet Bank (now Bank of America) before retiring. Marie will be remembered for her kindness, her generosity, and her faithfulness. Caring for her nephews when they were young and later for their children brought her immense joy.

 

She leaves her sister, Carolyn Sevigny with whom she made her home; and her beloved nephews, Robert Sevigny Jr. and his wife Nancy of Warwick, Thomas Sevigny and his wife Shearon of Cranston, and David Sevigny and his companion Kristin Cameron of Glastonbury, CT. She was the sister-in-law of the late Robert Sevigny.

 

Her funeral will begin Friday, Aug. 5, at 8:45am from the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Rocco’s Church, Atwood Ave., Johnston. Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday, from 4pm until 7pm in the funeral home.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are greatly appreciated to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the RI SPCA, 186 Amaral St., Riverside, RI 02915.
