Leonora (Melucci) D’Andrea

Leonora (Melucci) D’Andrea, 93, of North Scituate, passed on Friday, November 11. Born in Providence, RI, she was the beloved daughter of Pasquale & Rose Melucci. Wife of the late Luis D’Andrea. Devoted mother, she is survived by her daughter Deborah A. Fera & her husband, Harold J. Fera. Adoringly referred to as “Meme”, she is survived by her grandchildren Talia Fera Vacca & her husband Vincent T. Vacca, Raena Fera and David Fera; and her great-granddaughters Lila Vacca and Fera Gozzi. Always surrounded by her family, she is also survived by many nieces and nephews that she cherished dearly. Leonora was a long-time employee of the State of Rhode Island. Lovingly remembered by all as a fun-loving, dedicated woman that always touched the hearts of those she loved and always gave people a reason to smile. Leonora will be greatly missed by all.

Leonora’s funeral and visitation will be held Wednesday, November 16th from 8:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, GeorgeWaterman Road, Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
