John Rego

John Rego, 65,  of Coventry, passed away peacefully May 2, 2024 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Manuel Charles and Mary (Bowen) Rego.

Mr. Rego was a supervisor for A & H Manufacturing Company.  John was an avid Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins fan and of wrestling. He was a member of the Atwood Avenue Men’s Adult Softball League.

He is survived by his twin sister Joan Siou and his companion Annie Carter. He was the uncle of Sheri Rapoza, Wendy Rapoza and her husband Carlos Almeida, and the late Mark Rapoza Jr. John is also survived by many other family members. He was the brother of the late Manuel “Manny” Rego Jr., Robert Rego and Richard Rego.

His funeral service will be held on Saturday May 11, 2024 at 11 a.m. in ‘’WOODLAWN’’ Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Ave. Cranston. Burial will be private. VISITATION SATURDAY MORNING FROM 9 to 11 a.m.
