John Angel Lizarda

John Angel Lizarda, 54, of Warwick, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 30, 2025. Born May 2, 1971, in Providence, he was a son of Gloria (Ferreira) Lizarda and the late Angel C. Lizarda, Jr..

John had lived in Florida for many years, before moving back to Rhode Island. He had worked for many years as a store manager and later worked for 13 years as an electricians mate with his father.

John was the loving father of Brianna, Brittany and Angel Lizarda; the beloved grandfather of Antonio, Maleah, Gavynn, Madilynn, Fynnlee and Hazelynn; and the brother of Robert Ferreira, Raymond Ferreira and Manuel Lizarda.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Thursday, June 5, at the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, from 9:30am until 10:30am, followed by a graveside service at 11am at St. Ann Cemetery.
