Irene M. (Marsocci) Fanning

Irene M. (Marsocci) Fanning, 88, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on November 19.  She was the loving wife of the late Robert M. Fanning.  

Born in Providence, daughter of the late Oreste "Horace" and Marietta (Sabatini) Marsocci Sr. she resided in Warwick for 60 years.

Irene worked as a medical assistant for most of her career working with J. Wallace Conklin, M.D.

Irene is survived by her loving daughters Lisbeth Venturini and Kathleen Jacquard, son, Michael, four grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. 

Irene was the sister of Robert D. Marsocci, and of the late Francesco "Frank" Marsocci, Horace Marsocci, Jr., Armondo Marsocci, Nina Colanari, Lucy Mauro, Sarah Ferrazza, and Emma Krekorian.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, November 29, at 10am at St. Kevin’s Church, Warwick.  Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.  Burial will be private.
