Giusti R. Aucone

Giusti R. Aucone Sr. 83, of Cranston, passed away peacefully February 14, 2023 at Kent Hospital. He was the beloved husband for 56 years of Jo-Ann M. (Ventrone) Aucone. Born in Providence, a son of the late Robert and Angela (Grande) Aucone.

Mr. Aucone was a cabinet maker for the William Bloom & Son Company before retiring. He was a member of the Carpenters Local 94.

Besides his wife he is survived by his beloved children, Giusti R. Aucone Jr. and his wife Brenda, Kristin L. Francazio and Richard and Alicia A. Carl and her husband Anthony. Loving Papa of Eve Kathleen Francazio, Richard Louis Francazio II, Peter Richard Francazio, Bella Josephine Carl and Anthony Joseph Carl. Brother of Marie Tartaglione.

His funeral will be held on Friday February 17, 2023, at 9:15 a.m.  from ‘WOODLAWN’’ Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Mark’s Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery. VISITATION Friday morning 8-9:15 AM  In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692.
