Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Electrician

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of George Forcino, a devoted husband, cherished father, and loving grandfather. George leaves behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family and community.

George was a loving husband to Marie “MiMi” (Tofani) Forcino, with whom he shared 66 wonderful years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with warmth, laughter, and enduring companionship. Their bond stood as a testament/ to true love and commitment, inspiring all who knew them.

As a father, George was the guiding light for his daughters Diane and Lisa, and his son Johnny. He imparted wisdom, encouragement, and unconditional support, always putting his family first. His role as a grandfather to Luca and Matthew brought him immense joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

George dedicated his professional life to his work as a Master Electrician, holding licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Widely known as a true “mister fix it” with the mind of an inventor, George was also recognized as an enthusiastic tinkerer—always eager to take things apart, solve problems, and invent creative solutions. Beyond his own work, he took great pride in teaching and mentoring many others in the electrical trade, generously sharing his knowledge, and helping shape the next generation of electricians. He could repair anything and was always ready with a clever fix. George was respected for his skill, reliability, integrity, and his willingness to help others learn.

His memory will live on in the hearts of Marie, Diane, Lisa, Johnny, Luca, Matthew, and all those whose lives he touched. George's legacy is one of love, ingenuity, devotion, and service—a life well-lived and fondly remembered.

He will be deeply missed and forever cherished and live forever in our hearts.

A private funeral service took place at the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home with burial at St. Ann Cemetery.
