Francisco C. Lizarda

Francisco C. Lizarda, 83, of Cranston, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at RI Hospital. He was the loving husband of the late Liliosa (Soriano) Lizarda.

Born in the Philippines, he was a son of the late Angel Lizarda Sr. and Angelina (Crisostomo) Lizarda.

Francisco was a housekeeper for several years before retiring. He loved spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren.

He is survived by his dear children, Darwin, Dante, Dennis, Darius, Don, Dave, Donna, Divina, Daisy, and Doris. He was predeceased by his daughters Dyna and Ditas. He leaves behind 28 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He was the brother of Agapito C. Lizarda, Pedro Crisostomo Lizarda, Angelina C. Lizarda Osmena, the late Angel C. Lizarda Jr., Pablo C. Lizarda, Valeriano C. Lizarda, Herminia Lizarda Shearman, Emelita Lizarda Ombajin.

His funeral will begin at 9:00 am, Friday, December 27, from the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am in St. Mary Church, Cranston. VISITATION Thursday, December 26 from 4 – 7 PM in the Funeral Home. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
