Erinn E. (Dwyer) Huetteman
February 11, 1967 ~ February 6, 2024 (age 56) 56 Years Old
Erinn E. (Dwyer) Huetteman, 56, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Mark Huetteman for 29 years.
Born and raised in Rhode Island, she was the daughter of Loralee Flood (Ernst) and the late Donald Dwyer. Besides her husband Mark, she is survived by two children, Jess and Kristen Huetteman, her mother Loralee and husband Jim, her aunt Pat O’Brien and uncle Tom Dwyer, cousins Chris, John, and Mike O’Brien, Sarah Dwyer Holland and Evan Dwyer, Gordie and Bobby Ernst, and her furry companions, Biscuit and Barney. She was the sister of the late Greg Dwyer.
Erinn had a passion for working with children in both educational and research settings, but most of all, she loved being a mother. Her hobbies included curling up on the couch with a good book, playing board and card games, singing, dancing, playing piano, planning family vacations, and going on nature walks with Mark and Biscuit. She was a lover of sweets, especially brownies and ice cream. Erinn had a distinctive laugh and a smile that lit up the room. She was the life of the party but also loved a good “cry fest.” During her 14-month battle with cancer, she shared honest and thoughtful daily reflections and musical musings that her friends and family will cherish forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her VISITATION on Friday, February 9th from 5-7 p.m. at “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston. Her memorial service and burial are private.
