Edward F. Bernier, Jr.

Edward F. Bernier, Jr., 82, of Johnston, beloved husband of Rosemarie (Iudiciani) Bernier, passed away suddenly at home Sept. 12, 2024. Born Sept. 8, 1942, in Providence, he was the son of the late Edward and Amelia (Dimeo) Bernier.

A well respected business owner of Edward's Industries and Regina Mfg. in the jewelry industry, Edward provided a great life for his family. His hobbies included cycling, boating and reading. As a Master Gardener he took pride and joy in his yard. His greatest love was spending time with his family.

In addition to his loving wife of 62 years, he leaves his three children, Lisa Baldino, Michael (Jennifer) Bernier, and Melissa (Allison) Bernier; his five grandchildren, Justin Baldino, Gianna Baldino, Zachary Bernier, Morgan Bernier, Keegan Sebastiao as well as his sisters, Patricia (Jeff) Tucker and Arlene (John) Pezzullo.

Visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 16, from 9am until 11am in the "WOODLAWN" Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, where a funeral service will begin at 11am. Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are greatly appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
