Dylan A. Walker

Dylan Alexander Walker was born on August 4, 2025, at 1:18pm at Women and Infants Hospital. He passed away peacefully in the loving arms of his parents, Brittney Santoro and Jamie Walker, in the evening of August 5, 2025. 

During his brief time with us, Dylan’s strong spirit and gentle nature came through, fighting to stay with his family and hold on to every minute. He touched the hearts of so many people, and he will be forever missed. 

Dylan is survived by his parents, Brittney Santoro and Jamie Walker, his big sister, Maeve Walker, his maternal grandparents, John and Lori Santoro, his paternal grandparents, Graham and Nicola Walker, his aunties, Heather and Erika Santoro and Lucy Walker, as well as his loving cousins, great-grandparents, and chosen family.

Although we only had one day with Dylan, we know he will be with us for the rest of our lives.

Dylan’s services were private.
