Donna Louise Frederick

Donna L. Frederick, 76, of Warwick, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Kent Regency Center. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Eugenia (Babka) Frederick.

Donna worked as a claims representative with the Social Security Administration for more than 25 years before retiring.

She was the sister of Dianne Chappel of Warwick and Michael Frederick of Cranston.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation, Saturday, September 21, from 9am until 10am in the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, where a funeral service will begin at 10am. Burial will be private.
