Donna M. (Lataille) Carbone

Donna M. (Lataille) Carbone, 66, of Cranston, passed away peacefully Monday afternoon, Feb. 27, 2023 at HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center. She was the wife of the late John F. Carbone.

Born March 24, 1956, in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Jennie (Geremia) Lataille. Donna was raised in Cranston. She worked at Shaw’s Supermarket in Chapel View for over 20 years and recently retired with the company. Donna really enjoyed staying active and gardening. She was proud of her home and its landscaping. Donna loved cooking for her son and grandson. Always making sure they were taken care of.

She leaves her beloved son, John R. Carbone and her cherished grandson, Vincent Rossi Carbone. Donna was the sister of Fred, Wayne, Roland, Michael, John, Patrick, Robert, Henry, the late Paul Lataille, Debbie Varvaro, and Maria Lataille.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 8, from 5PM until 8PM in the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
