Domenico Laurenza, 92, of Cranston, passed away peacefully, Monday, October 2, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Maria (Capuano) Laurenza for 50 years.
He was a son of the late Emilio and Marianna (Paolino) Laurenza. Born in Marzano Appio, Italy, in 1930, immigrated to the United States in 1955.
Domenico was a shop foreman at Clark and Coombs Jewelry, later moving to Jostens in Attleboro, the maker of rings. His last employment before retiring in 1985 was Bulova Watch Company.
Domenico was dedicated to his family both here and in Italy. He enjoyed many trips back to his homeland. He enjoyed making wine and his garden was always a work of art. He took great pride in producing all the vegetables that would later be canned. Domenico loved the beach and spent lots of time there. He was a beloved friend to many, and his smile would light up the room.

His grandchildren, Domenico Laurenza of Florida, Stephen D’Ercole of Cranston, Christina Laurenza of Florida, nine great-grandchildren and fourteen nieces and nephews.
