Dolores (Capalbo) Parise

Dolores (Capalbo) Parise, 93, of Hope, passed away peacefully at home, Wednesday, November 8, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Caesar J. Parise.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Domenic and Divina Capalbo.

She leaves her two children Arthur D. Parise and late wife Donna, Kathleen Rainone and husband Dennis. She was also the mother of late Karen Jean Joseph.

She was the devoted sister of Domenic R. Capalbo and the late Alphonse F. Capalbo.

Beloved grandmother of Arthur D. Parise, Jr., Michael Parise, Christine Parise, Gina Parise and husband Evan Ferri,  Elizabeth (Rainone) and husband Christopher Farrell, Devin Rainone, Stephanie Joseph and husband Joseph Schiano, and Danielle Joseph. She also leaves five cherished great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Dolores spent her life as a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter. Family was everything to her. She was a woman of great faith.  Her Holy Apostles choir family was her second family, as she was an original member of their choir.

Her funeral is Saturday, November 11 at 8:45 am at “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in Holy Apostles Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITATION Friday 4 - 7 PM.
