Constance E. (Shogren) DeConte

Constance (Shogren) DeConte, 92, of Cranston, passed away Monday, Feb. 10, 2025. She was the wife of the late Frank DeConte.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Gertrude (Hathaway) Shogren.

She leaves three children, Frank S. (Ellen) DeConte, Steven R. DeConte, and Donna L. (Carl) Parrillo; 6 grandchildren, Ashely, Marissa, Catherine, Lauren, Leo and Steven; and 12  great grandchildren.

She was the sister of the late Virginia Booth, Shirley Howarth and Claire Conte.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation Thursday, Feb. 13, from 10am until 11am in the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, where a funeral service will begin at 11am. Burial will follow at St. Ann Cemetery.
