Anthony Robert Scacco, 66, of Cranston, RI passed away peacefully on Friday, February 5 at the Hope Health Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence after a brief illness. Born in Providence he was the son of Anthony and the late Joy (DiBiasio) Scacco. He graduated from LaSalle Academy in 1972 and attended Bryant University. He worked for Almacs, Inc. and was the owner of R&R Merchandising along with several small businesses. He was a proud Eagle Scout. Tony was an avid fan of The Providence College Friars, the New York Yankees and NASCAR.
He leaves behind his brother James and his wife Diane along with his beloved nephew James and niece Anna. He also leaves a friend, Audy Coffin. He will be remembered by all who loved him for his friendly personality and willingness to help anyone. On holidays, "Uncle Tony" was famous for his amazing antipastos which he proudly displayed to be enjoyed by all.
