Anthony P. DeSimone

Anthony P. DeSimone, 83, of Cranston, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Carol Ann (Gasperoni) DeSimone.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alice (Saccocio) and Antonio DeSimone.

Anthony served in the Army Reserves for several years. He was also a banker.

Besides his wife, Anthony leaves behind his children; his son Philip DeSimone and his wife Danielle, and his daughter Diana DeSimone. He is also survived by his grandchild Travis DeSimone and his wife Alison. Anthony was the brother of Lucille Znoj and her husband David.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation Monday, June 3, 8:30 - 10:00 am in the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, directly followed by a Funeral Home Service at 10:00 am. Burial with Military Honors will follow at RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
