Angelo Martino

Angelo Martino, 100, passed away Thursday at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Tomasso and Anna (Bianco) Martino. He was the husband of the late Jennie (Cataldo) Martino.

Mr. Martino was an Electronics Instrument Specialist at Quonset Naval Air Station, retiring in 1973 and went on to work at the CCRI maintenance department until 2003, at the age of 82.

He is survived by one son, Michael Martino, one daughter, Ann Marie Martino and husband Peter and one granddaughter, Johanna Dombrowski.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his  Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Mercy Church 65 Third Street, East Greenwich. Burial will follow in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial donations may be made in memory of Mr. Angelo Martino to La Salle Academy 612 Academy Avenue Providence, RI 02908.
