Angela "Goomba" C. Falcone

Angela C. “GOOMBA” Falcone, 67, of Cranston, passed away Monday, October 7, 2024, at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Angelo and Celeste “Esther” (Corsetti) Falcone. She lived the majority of her life in Cranston with her loving family and many friends.

She received a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA. Angela was a hard worker and took a lot of pride in whatever she did for work. Most recently she retired from Cox Communications, W. Warwick, RI after 5 years of service as an Order Management Specialist.

Angela was the life of the party and had an infectious laugh that anyone would recognize. To say she adored her grandsons Brendan and Quinn would be an understatement. Her world revolved around her boys. Angela was happiest when surrounded by her family, whether it be a birthday, holiday or just at the beach.

She was the beloved mother of Richard A. Lanigan and his wife Stacey. Loving grandmother of Brendan and Quinn Lanigan. Sister of Carol Santagata, Patricia Lanigan and her husband Sean, Maria Falcone and the late Diane Linden and Thomas Falcone.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday October 12, 2024, at 10 a.m. in ‘’WOODLAWN’’ Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave. Cranston. VISITATION Friday October 11, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. in the Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
