Adele Moskal Obituary

Adele (Rivers) Moskal, 94, of Cranston, passed away peacefully at home early Saturday morning, Jan. 13, 2024, with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 63 years of the late Henry “Hank” Moskal.

Adele was the devoted mother of Susan Kemble and her husband Thomas, Joseph Moskal, and Mary Ellen Moskal; and the loving grandmother of Stephen, Sarah and Shawn Kemble.

Adele was born in Providence, RI to Joseph and Mary (Latusek) Rivers. She is the sister of Nellie Gerda of Cleveland, OH, and of the late Helen Evans. She is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.

Adele retired from the Gorham Manufacturing Company in 1990 where she was employed in the purchasing and inventory control department for over 20 years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, and entertaining her family. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held in the “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home, 600 Pontiac Ave., Cranston, Thursday, Jan. 18, from 8:15am until 9:15am, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Mark’s Church, Garden Court, Cranston. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, West Greenwich.
