Mildred "Millie" (Gallo) Gifford

GIFFORD, MILDRED J. “MILLIE” (GALLO), 96, of Warwick, passed away Saturday August 31, 2019 at Kent Hospital.  Born in Fall River, MA, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Virginia (Mazzulla) Gallo. 

Millie is survived by her son, George Gifford, her daughter Virgina “Ginny” Gifford and was the mother of the late Wayne and Edward Gifford.  She was the sister of Richard Gallo and the late Peter, Paul and Lawrence Gallo, beloved grandmother of eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. 

Calling hours will be held Friday from 5-8 p.m. at “WOODLAWN” Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Avenue Cranston.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Gregory the Great Church 360 Cowesett Road, Warwick, RI 02886.
